Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using any portion of the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services. You may accept the Terms by clicking to confirm or otherwise indicating acceptance when that option is presented, or by continuing to use the Services after being notified of an update. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old to access the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and consent to your use of the Services. You must also have a valid copy of Rust and a Steam account in good standing to join our game servers. We may refuse access to any person, and we may close or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, our rules, or applicable law.

3. Accounts and security responsibilities

Certain features require you to authenticate with Steam or provide additional contact information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@2stonedrust.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames or IDs that infringe trademarks or are otherwise offensive.

4. Community conduct standards

When using the Services you must follow all posted rules, wipe schedules, and staff directions. Without limitation, you agree not to harass, threaten, discriminate, or engage in cheating, exploiting, doxxing, or any behaviour that undermines fair play. You may not impersonate staff or other community members, and you must obey sanctions issued by our moderation team. We may update community guidelines from time to time; the current version is always available in the FAQ + Rules section of the site alongside server-specific notices for modded Rust wipes.

5. Payments and donations

Purchases processed through third-party storefronts such as Tip4Serv, Tebex, or Steam are subject to those providers' terms. Unless required by law, all payments and donations are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for reviewing the description of any perk or package before purchasing and for maintaining your payment information with the respective provider. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension from the Services.

6. Virtual goods and server perks

Virtual goods, ranks, cosmetics, or queue priority (collectively, "Perks") have no monetary value, are not your personal property, and may not be transferred, exchanged, or resold outside the Services. Perks may be modified or retired at any time to preserve balance or comply with Facepunch policies. If your access to the Services ends for any reason, previously granted Perks may be revoked without refund.

7. Third-party services

Our Services integrate with platforms such as Steam, BattleMetrics, Discord, Tip4Serv, and BetterBoards. Your interactions with those services are governed by their respective policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. Links to external websites do not constitute an endorsement. When you authorise us to access third-party data (for example, to verify playtime), you grant us permission to retrieve and process that data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property rights

The 2Stoned name, logos, artwork, and site content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written consent. You retain rights in content you submit to the Services, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, or improving the Services. You warrant that any content you provide does not infringe the rights of others.

9. Prohibited uses

In addition to the community rules, you must not:

• Access the Services using automated scripts, scrapers, bots, or similar technologies without permission.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt servers, networks, or security features.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Services.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates the rights of others.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, nor do we guarantee that in-game outcomes or matchmaking will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2Stoned Rust and its owners, administrators, partners, contractors, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 2Stoned Rust, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, our rules, or applicable law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately, and you must stop using the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

14. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update, remove, or add features to the Services at any time. We may also revise these Terms to reflect new functionality, legal requirements, or community expectations. When we make material changes we will post the updated Terms and adjust the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services. You and 2Stoned Rust waive any right to a jury trial in such disputes.
