Global Server Rules
Violations are handled swiftly to keep wipes fair for every squad. Use the official ticket system for clarifications or appeals.
Bannable offenses (48 Hour Server Wide Ban)
- Storing or holding loot for another team either during a raid or during a ban period.
- Exceeding the server maximum team limit, including offline members or players who disconnected for the wipe (clear all doors, turrets, and TC authorisations before inviting a new teammate).
- Swapping teammates on a regular basis. You may replace a teammate who has resigned for the wipe, but they cannot return during the same wipe cycle.
- Roaming on foot, in a vehicle, or running monuments with someone not on your team, including paying for taxi lifts.
- Paying or asking another team to raid a base for you.
- Raiding a base with someone not on your team, including providing boom to another team performing the raid.
- Helping another team defend their base from a raid. If you counter, loot and continue or leave immediately—do not guard the base for its owners.
- Authorising players on your TC, sharing door codes, or giving turret access to players not on your team.
- Placing or keeping sleeping bags in your compound that belong to another team, even temporarily.
- Sharing the same compound with another team. Bases must be clearly separated with no shared walled areas.
- Walling off monuments such as quarries and fishing villages or placing turrets that prevent access. First offense earns a warning and removal of the structures; repeated offenses result in a 48-hour ban.
Bannable offenses (Permanent Ban)
- Racism in Discord or in-game, including PMs and racist drawings or artwork.
- Attacks on any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disabilities (first offense triggers a 30-day warning mute).
- Telling other players to kill themselves or expressing that you hope they die of cancer (first offense triggers a 30-day warning mute).
- Publishing personal information including names, photos, home addresses, or IPs.
- Disrespecting or impersonating staff members.
- Any attempts at exploiting or hacking on the server, including teaming or grouping with someone who is hacking.
Muteable offenses & chat expectations
- Mute lengths are at the discretion of staff.
- Overly toxic chat or disrespect directed at staff.
- Arguing with another team in global chat to the point where reports are filed or a cool-off period is required.
- Failing to use English only in global chat.
What is allowed
- Receiving advice on how to play through global chat (other teams may not enter your base to assist).
- Being friendly and building community—just ensure it does not become an alliance.
- Trading or gifting items to other players.
- Replacing a teammate who has resigned for the wipe (see rules on team swaps above).
Ticket system
If you have an issue, open a ticket and wait for staff to respond. Do not ping staff in your ticket or in general chat. When a staff member is available they will claim your ticket and assist you. Pinging staff will push you to the back of the queue. Remember: we run many servers and handle numerous tickets each day.
