1. Programme overview
Spin2Win is a promotional programme that allows eligible players to roll for in-game rewards once per daily reset. Spins are free, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Rewards are granted at our discretion and may be modified, retired, or replaced without notice to preserve game balance and comply with Facepunch policies.
2. Eligibility & fair play
You must have an active Steam account in good standing, own a valid copy of Rust, and meet any published BattleMetrics playtime requirement to participate. We may refuse, revoke, or limit access if you violate our Terms of Service, server rules, or anti-cheat expectations. Alternate accounts, shared accounts, or automation aimed at gaining extra spins are prohibited.
3. Spinning & participation rules
Each Steam account receives one spin per daily reset (based on the posted UK reset time). Spins do not accrue: unused attempts expire at the next reset. The result shown immediately after spinning is final—there are no rerolls or substitutions unless we announce otherwise. Staff may review spin activity at any time to investigate anomalies or abuse.
4. Connectivity & presence requirements
Rewards are only scheduled for delivery when our systems confirm that you are actively connected to a 2Stoned Rust server with a stable connection for at least 15 consecutive seconds. Temporary disconnects, unstable networks, failed logins, or long load times can prevent or delay this confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring your client connects successfully, respawns promptly, and remains in-game long enough for presence checks to pass.
If you attempt to spin while loading in, waiting to respawn, or otherwise unable to complete the presence check, the reward will remain queued until you meet the live-connection requirement. Rewards are not granted while you are dead or spectating outside the normal queue rules.
5. Reward delivery & limitations
Once presence is verified, the reward is delivered to the linked Rust character according to the server's normal delivery flow. Items granted while you are offline, disconnected, killed, or otherwise unable to loot them are considered fulfilled. We do not replace rewards lost to death, decay, wipes, full inventories, or other in-game outcomes. Duplicate deliveries are not issued, and staff will not rerun or manually spawn rewards that our logs show as successfully delivered.
Rewards may be paused or revoked if we detect suspicious behaviour, misconfigured server data, or conflicting queue states. Participation does not guarantee a particular item, rarity, or delivery time.
6. Technical issues & dispute handling
Connection quality, hardware performance, or third-party outages can impact Spin2Win. While we monitor for widespread incidents, we are not liable for issues caused by your ISP, hardware, or platform services. If you believe a reward failed to arrive, contact us within 48 hours with your SteamID, the reward details, and a brief description of the issue. We will review server logs to confirm the outcome; our logged result is final.
Abuse of support channels, falsifying evidence, or repeated frivolous claims may lead to suspension from Spin2Win or broader community sanctions.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a refreshed "Last updated" date. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions can be sent to hello@2stonedrust.com.
